“Chef Jordan Rubin and Marisa Lewiecki’s enthusiasm for seafood has been clear since they opened Mr. Tuna in 2017. Their approach to offering top-quality local seafood has earned them widespread acclaim. Notably, they’ve created expertise in local bluefin. Through meticulous preparation and use of techniques including super freezing and careful aging, Mr. Tuna is able to create a consistent flow of local Atlantic bluefin to customers for most of the year. These techniques allow them to excel where others struggle to connect the dots, when it comes to having a consistent supply of local tuna.
